Florian Geiger, Dr. rer. pol., born in 1980 and a Swiss citizen, has been CEO of Perlen Industrieholding AG and Head of Perlen Papier AG since 2025.
Florian Geiger has many years of experience in the steel industry, most recently in various roles at Swiss Steel Group in Lucerne. As Chief Commercial Officer, he was responsible for quality and engineering steels and was a member of the Group Executive Board. Prior to that, he was CEO of Steeltec AG in Emmenbrücke. Until 2013, Florian Geiger worked as a management consultant in the field of efficiency improvement for international companies.
Florian Geiger is a member of the Executive Board of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Central Switzerland (IHZ) in Lucerne.
Beat Rölli, lic. rer. pol. in economics and business administration, born in 1980 and a Swiss citizen, has been CFO of Perlen Industrieholding AG and Head of Finance and Controlling at Perlen Papier AG since 2025.
Beat Rölli brings with him many years of experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Swiss steel and recycling companies. Before joining the industry in 2017, he worked for Ernst & Young (EY) as an auditor for a good ten years, including two years in the United States.
